For a long time I have been at www.sorabji.com and other places. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I have stayed away from the public Internet for the past couple of years.

I don't know if it is the proper place for me any more. In 2010, after more than 16 years of self-publishing content to an increasingly unmanageable quantity of personal web sites, I arrived at a belief that everything becomes cliché once it is posted to the public Internet and made equally available to all who can connect. Knowledge itself has become a whore not worth pursuing. I have never favored whoring or whores or whoredom.

What does it mean? Not the whoring, but the retreat from the public Internet, a space of infinite possibility and and endless stage on which I played for so many years?
